Only current Wedey clients, specifically companies that have previously used Wedey’s recruitment services, are eligible to participate as referrers in this program. Individual clients or companies that have not yet collaborated with Wedey are not eligible to participate.
Eligible referrers may recommend an unlimited number of recruiters. Each referral must include complete information about the referred company in accordance with Wedey’s requirements. The information provided should allow for accurate and prompt identification of the referred recruiters.
For each referred company that completes a successful initial hire through a referrer’s recommendation and retains the recruited talent for a minimum period of one month, the referrer will receive a $500 Amazon gift card. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other benefits or cash.
The referral program is valid until the date specified by Wedey. Referrers will be informed of any modifications or extensions of these dates. Referrals made after the program’s expiration will not be eligible for rewards.
Referrals submitted by referrers must be verified and approved by Wedey. The verification process includes validating the legitimacy of the information provided and confirming the engagement of the referred recruiter. Only referrals that meet eligibility criteria and program requirements will be considered for rewards.
Any fraudulent or unethical behavior, including fictitious referrals, false information, or attempts to manipulate the referral program, will result in immediate disqualification of the referrer and forfeiture of any potential rewards. Wedey reserves the right to take legal action in cases of proven fraud.
All personal and professional data collected within the scope of the referral program is strictly confidential. Wedey is committed to processing this data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Information will be used solely for verification and the awarding of program rewards.
Wedey reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time, with or without notice. Any changes will be communicated to current participants and will take effect immediately upon publication. In the event of termination, ongoing referrals will remain eligible for rewards if all program conditions are met.
